Our Vision
Ideal AC eSports is a must-see tourist spot that offers more than just gaming. We are part of Ideal Institute of Technology’s bold plan to become a premier technology and business school. As an initiative of Ideal Institute, AC eSports is an accessible resource for high-end technology and career development in the South Jersey community. In 2021, we are dedicated to creating 20 jobs for Atlantic County youth and that’s just the start.

Ideal is a self-sustainable ecosystem of student-centric and student-operated initiatives designed to develop workforce opportunities. Students acquire hands-on experience through practical work exposure under expert guidance at our five student-led enterprises. Exposure and access for our students provide them with a wide range of experiences that will help them to understand who they are, their inherent value, their purpose, and the path they wish to take for a successful career.
